Great New Additions to the DF Team

As the new decade rapidly approaches and Dent Fix moves into its 41st year as a continually growing company, we are excited to announce the addition of two new assets to our management team, Mr. David Swanson and Mr. Dennis Rodenroth.

DAVID SWANSON BIO

David Swanson has accepted the position of Director of Business Development, effective November 1, 2019. With over 40 years of experience in the professional sales field, David possesses a strong background in business development, management, strategic corporate planning and alignment. His experience will be invaluable to continuing the development of a collaborative growth culture at Dent Fix Equipment.


David’s duties will include providing synergies in Sales, Marketing and coordinating those with new Product Development. He will also begin the implementation and coordination of strategic placement of Dent Fix Equipment in OEM programs, MSO (Multi Shop Operators, Consolidators, and IBG (Independent Buying Groups) who are our channel market influencers.


David has worked with our company as both a sales representative through RS Sales & Innovation and recently in an advisory / coaching capacity. Before RS Sales, David worked for DEGUSSA / EVONIK where he served as National Sales Manager of the automotive business segment for twenty years. On a personal level, David enjoys fishing, hunting, and ORV’ing with family and friends.


This move will benefit Dent Fix with a focused vision and concentration on establishing, following through and reaching our goals.

DENNIS RODENRITH BIO Dennis Rodenroth has accepted the position of National Accounts Manager, effective November 1, 2019. Dennis brings a strong background in program development and implementation of National Accounts. His forty plus years as a sales professional and background in National Account development will contribute to Dent Fix Equipment’s desire to gain a significant position in the Automotive Repair channel market.


Dennis’ duties will include implementation of strategic placement of Dent Fix Equipment in OEM programs, MSO (Multi Shop Operators), Consolidators, and IBG (Independent Buying Groups) who are channel market influencers. He will enhance and maintain a coordinated national focus on Warehouse Distribution, Mobile Tool Jobbers and other National Accounts who are current and prospective.


Dennis has worked with our company as an independent sales representative through RS Sales & Innovation. Before RS Sales, Dennis worked for DEGUSSA / EVONIK where he served as National Sales Manager of the Automotive business segment for twenty-five years. Dennis enjoys restoring cars, automotive racing, his time at the beach and of course spending time with his grandchildren.

Thanks for sharing, it’s exciting to see Dent Fix Equipment expanding its leadership with experienced professionals like David Swanson and Dennis Rodenroth. Their new business-development focus reminds me of how a creative agency such as Innova Designz in the USA uses strategic vision to grow clients’ digital presence through design, branding, and animation. It would be interesting to see Dent Fix experiment with “Cool Animation Styles” or animated product demos (similar to what Innova offers), especially since motion visuals can make new product tools and equipment much more engaging to potential customers.
