GUIDELINE FOR RETURNING PRODUCT

NEW PRODUCT RETURN:

An item that is new defective must not be used for more than 1 week and must be in

re-sellable condition.

 

If a defective product is replaced with an item from your stock, you will receive the repaired and repackaged item to return to your shelf.

 

If a component of a product is defective please return only that item.

Whether to repair or replace an item returned to us is at our sole discretion.

 

Consumable items are non-returnable.

 

Items that do not appear on our most recent price sheet are non-returnable.

 

Some times a new defective product is easily fixed in the field. If this is an option call us for expedited parts.

 

Use your original purchase order number as your return authorization.

 

A credit will be issued to your account for Ground UPS freight if we determine the product is a New Tool Warranty. We will not re-imburse for expedited freight. All new products will be repaired or replaced and returned to you via regular UPS freight pre-paid. Expedited return shipments are sent freight collect.

USED PRODUCT WARRANTY CLAIMS:

A product is considered used when it has been used for more than 1 week and is no longer re-sellable as new.

 

All used product warranty claims are to be returned to Dent Fix freight pre-paid. All used product will be repaired or replaced and returned to you via regular UPS freight pre-paid. Expedited return shipments are sent freight collect.

 

Whether to repair or replace is at our sole discretion.

 

STOCK ADJUSTMENTS:

Product exceeding $100 dollars in value must be authorized before return.

Product returned for credit and exchange must be in new condition.

Product must appear on our most current price sheet.

Original PO# must be included for proper credit.

All credits, payment discounts, group incentives will be deducted from your return.

Original freight charges are non-refundable.

Product must be returned freight pre-paid.

Product returned 30 days after received date will incur a 10% restocking charge, unless an order of equal or greater value is placed at the same time.

Product returned 3 months after original invoice date will incur a 20% restocking charge, unless and order of equal or great value is place at the same time.

Product returned 6 months after original invoice date will incur a 30% restocking charge, unless and order of greater value is placed at the same time.

We will not accept product returns 12 months after your original invoice date.
