RIV-E 60 - Multi-Fuction Riveter
Description
The DF-SPR60B RIV-E Mutli-Function Riveter is an easy to operate panel replacement tool.
- Auto Pressure - Hold the trigger and the unit automatically releases pressure when complete.
- SPR Panels - Capable of bonding 0.5 to 9mm thick aluminum panels together.
- Optimal Pressure - Range Set to a minimum of 30KN up to a maximum of 60KN of pressure.
- Dial Control - The rotational dial allows the user to easily set the desired pressure settings.
Highly repeatable and reliable results eliminate guess work and allow for quicker panel replacement repairs.
Application
Remove and insert multiple types of rivets to bond automotive panels during the replacement procedure: 3.3mm & 5.3mm Self-Piercing Rivets (SPR), Flow Form Rivets (FFR), Hole Punching, and Flattening. Optional equipment can be purchased separately that will enable this riveter to install Blind Rivets.
