Punch & Flange Pliers - 3/16" (4.5mm)

The DF-316PF pliers combines a 3/16th (4.5mm) hole punch with a flange tool.

The swiveling head allows you to change from one function to the other with the flip of a wrist.

Cuts up to 18 gauge steel, produces a 4.5mm hole.
